Starting prices are $149 for regular recurring cleaning, $195 for a standard cleaning, $280 for a deep cleaning, and $350 for move in/move out cleaning. Post-construction and office cleaning are quoted individually. The final price depends on the size and condition of your home and the service you book, so every property is quoted individually from those starting points.

New customers get 15%% off their first deep cleaning when they enrol in a recurring plan. The discount is applied at booking. Recurring cleaning also starts lower than one-time cleaning, at $149 against $195, so a schedule usually costs less per visit than repeated one-off bookings.

Scope and frequency vary far more in those two services than in residential work. Square footage, restroom count, floor type, and visits per week move the number more than anything else, so office cleaning and post-construction cleaning are quoted per job rather than from a starting rate.

Booking and Scheduling

A few days ahead is usually enough for a standard cleaning. For deep cleans or larger projects during busy periods, book one to two weeks ahead.

Yes. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can adjust the schedule and keep service consistent for everyone. Let us know as early as you can and we will find a new slot.

No. Most clients leave a key, garage code, or lockbox so the cleaning happens while they are at work or out. If you would rather be home, that works too.

Both. Many clients start with a one-time deep clean and then move to a recurring regular or standard schedule to hold the result.

Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom sanitizing, trash removal, and general tidying throughout the home. It starts at $195 as a one-time visit.

Standard cleaning at $195 covers routine upkeep across the whole house. Deep cleaning at $280 goes further, into baseboards, behind and inside appliances, grout lines, and light fixtures, and takes considerably longer.

When the property is empty. Move in/move out cleaning at $350 includes the inside of cabinets, drawers, and closets, which are only reachable once the furniture is gone. A deep clean at $280 is the right choice for an occupied home.
