Our cleaners check each room before leaving your home. Occasionally something may be overlooked; in that case, contact us and we will arrange a solution.
Our Guarantee: We do not offer cash refunds or discounts on the cleaning but guarantee to make it right.

Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, Venmo, and cash. Payment is due on the day of service.
New Clients: A 50% deposit is required to schedule the first cleaning, and it will be applied to the final price.
Late Fees: If payment is not received within 5 days, a 10% late fee will be added to your invoice.
Access Issues: If we arrive and cannot gain access (no key, code, or someone to let us in), we'll call and text. After waiting 15 minutes, we'll need to leave, and unfortunately, the full cleaning fee will apply.
Gaps Between Cleanings: If a long time passes between cleanings, your home may require additional work. A deep cleaning fee will apply for the first visit to restore it to its usual standard.
